This is an actual piece of the flooring from the platform of Christ Church College in the UK (where they filmed some of the scenes for The Great Hall) in the Harry Potter movie series, complete with COA showing where the wood was acquired as well as a small piece of wood with the original patina on it. This pen is a VERY RARE and unique piece of Harry Potter Movie set history.
It is carefully hand turned on my lathe & with a 15 step process sanded & polished to 12,000 grit to a glass like finish. It is a unique one of a kind gift that you will not see another like it.
Pens make the perfect gift for that special person who has everything. Chances are they do not have a high end handcrafted exotic pen.
This is a high quality pen & will make a great first impression. this is a great item for a professional type person like a doctor, lawyer or someone who does a lot of writing.
This pen has a very smooth mechanism & is built with quality Chrome plated components made to last a lifetime.
I can also build a pen with the wood or burl of your choosing. I have some customers who request I use wood with a story or meaning. I have also made pens from salvage materials.
